We Hear Your Questions. Now, We Have Your Answers.

Facebook Business

Every month, over 2.7 billion people access Facebook, where they connect with over 7 million advertisers. That kind of scale creates new opportunities and complexity around these connections, and we take our responsibility to keep Facebook a place that’s good for people and businesses alike seriously. Part of that is doing more to make sure advertisers know about the steps we’ve taken, and the changes we’ll continue to make. That’s why we’ve launched a space for advertisers to find answers to their questions about our tools, policies, and processes from the people who actually work on them: the new Good Questions, Real Answers section of the Facebook for Business website.

Over the past year, we’ve taken action to make Facebook a safer place for consumers and businesses. Now, it’s easier for advertisers and agencies to learn more about this work and get plainspoken answers to questions about how we protect people’s privacy, keep brands safe, help advertisers access insights, and keep ourselves and our partners accountable. We sourced these questions through our own research and conversations with advertisers about how we handle data, measure ad performance, and make Facebook a safer place for businesses and their customers to connect. But it doesn’t stop here; as we continue to hear from advertisers, we’ll add more questions to make sure advertisers keep getting the answers they need.
