Making It Easier to Manage Your Assets and Collaborate in the Updated Business Manager

Earlier this year, we announced improvements to Ads Manager and Business Manager that empower advertisers to build ads, analyze reports and manage Facebook assets in less time. We’re always working to improve our advertising solutions and business tools, and as part of this effort, we're introducing a new design and navigation in Business Manager that will make it easier and faster to manage assets and permissions across our platforms. This new design features a shortcut tool that delivers suggestions based on past activity and an ads creation tool which takes you directly into Ads Manager to build ads.

We’re also introducing business asset groups—a new way to group your Facebook Page, ad accounts, pixel and other assets so that you can better manage employee access to them and assign permissions to multiple assets at once. With this new feature, you’ll be able to organize your business assets and control employee access based on working needs.

And to improve the experience of onboarding new partners in Business Manager, we launched a new tool that will make it easier to view all partners, onboard new partners and grant access to assets. We’re also introducing an improved section for partnerships that shows all associated partners along with all shared assets in one convenient location.
